THE PROBLEM

Byte'm Brownies has a product you and I would both love. Their packaging is world-class and pricing is like no other. They were founded in 2024 and since then have restocked over 500 stores in the US. A perfect brand, but they had no welcome flow. Your brand could be amazing, but you can't significantly scale in 2026 without a backend system. Customers were being dropped off.

THE SOLUTION (WHAT WE DID)

We built them a complete welcome sequence from the ground up, designed to move new subscribers from casual interest to committed buyers. As a food brand, we had to counter objections. We revolved our angles around indulgence without guilt, creating a narrative that positioned Byte'm as a perfect brownie in a perfect quantity. Every email was crafted with on-brand design and persuasive copy that mirrored their cheeky, premium tone. The result was a functional, exciting backend system that turned their email list from a neglected asset into an actual revenue channel, giving them the infrastructure to nurture relationships and build long-term customer value instead of relying purely on one-time acquisition.
