THE PROBLEM
Giga Chew had traffic, a product people wanted, and a list that was technically growing - but emails were rotting in promo folders, the popup was bleeding subscribers, and revenue from email was flat. Everything was riding on front-end sales.
THE SOLUTION (WHAT WE DID)
We rebuilt the entire email infrastructure from scratch. A/B tested popups until submit rate held above 20%. Built 10+ flows - welcome, browse abandon, post-purchase, and more. Segmented the list to force primary inbox placement, then scaled sends as open rates climbed. Introduced modern design into what was a wall-of-text system. Every email led with creativity and structure - no discounts and margins protected. Month one: 16 campaigns, 49 emails total including flows.
