FCM Apparel had a high-quality streetwear brand using premium materials, but literally no backend system to act on initial interest. When someone visited the site and left without buying, they were gone forever. There was no email setup, no abandoned cart series, no way to nurture leads or remind people why FCM stood out in a saturated streetwear market.
Tomass was relying entirely on social media to drive sales, and without a proper follow-up system, he was bleeding potential customers every single day.

We built FCM Apparel a welcome flow that turned casual browsers into buyers and gave the brand a foundation to scale. The series positioned FCM as a high-end streetwear brand with emphasis on the materials, the design, and the intention behind every piece.
We took a brand with zero email infrastructure and built a system that turned interest into revenue. After launching the welcome series, FCM saw significant growth in profit, not just from the immediate conversions, but from building a list of engaged customers who actually opened emails and bought repeatedly.
We gave Tomass a foundation to scale his brand beyond just posting on TikTok and hoping people clicked the link in his bio.
