THE PROBLEM

Rebecca owns a local yoga studio (and would prefer her brand stays independent from us). She initially relied entirely on word-of-mouth to fill classes. Rebecca had built a loyal following through her teaching, but she had no real online presence to capture new students or nurture existing ones. Without a website or email system, potential clients couldn’t find her online, and current students had no way to stay connected between classes. She was leaving money on the table, especially since she offered a unique positioning around joint pain relief for older women.

THE SOLUTION (WHAT WE DID)

We built Rebecca a complete digital foundation: a website that positioned her expertise and a 4-piece welcome flow designed to build connection with her audience and promote different services: yoga sessions, massage 1:1s, retreats.

The website established her authority and made her easy to find. We highlighted her unique approach - yoga for older women dealing with joint pain - and positioned her retreats as transformational experiences.

The copy spoke directly to her audience’s pain points as a result of extensive market research. Our key during this project was to meet potential customers where they were at. Many of these ladies were older, and not necessarily open-minded to a new “hobby”

In summary, we took a word-of-mouth business and gave it a scalable online presence. The website captured new students, and the email flow turned interest into action.

THE FEEDBACK

"Delivered a site and emails that actually work together. Handled everything start to finish and made the next steps obvious."

- REBECCA, FOUNDER OF YOGA STUDIO
